    Hi StephenS,

    When you “Export to MT4”, go to the “Metatrader 4 Info” tab and adjust the Digits from 5 to 3. It appears the default is not currently correct for this pair and will be corrected in the next version. If you simply save your settings as “Default”, it will remember the settings for the next time you export.

    Please note you are looking at the wrong folder for the generated config file. Go to File->Open Data Folder in MT and then browse to the /MQL4/Files directory to find your mt4config file.
    If you are working with the Strategy Tester, the config file will be found in /tester/files.

    Hi GSpencer,

    If you don’t see any messages, the EA is not running. This can occur if your chart is not receiving any any incoming ticks. The alternative is to try running it within the StrategyTester. You will need to do this without launching MT4 from Tickstory (just start it normally via the Start Menu). You will then need to check the Strategy Tester’s Journal tab to see the messages.

    We are just in the process of trying to build a version so we can get more information on the error you are experiencing. Worthwhile noting that we have also made a change to the latest v1.7 to ensure the application continues normally if it enounters this error.

    Hi Danny,

    Can you demonstrate the problem without the use of iBarShift? I’m not sure what the logs indicate, however there appears to be 1440 entries as expected. If there is no data missing from the Tickstory export, it is really something best answered by the MQL forums.

    Hi,

    This error occurs when there is no data for the date range you specify. For DEUIDXEUR and HKGIDXHKD, the earliest date available is 18 September 2011. You can see here for further information about data availability:
