Well your questions lead to the answer. I was using Tickstory 0.7 and I had internet explorer 7. I upgraded IE to 8 (for winxp) and I no longer get the error. Thank you very much. Great software by the way. If it could download data that is delayed by even 15 minutes or so, it would be awesome! Keep up the good work
