hi all,
today i found out that the history data of dukascopy is inaccurate.
check history of the barchart on dukascopy for example january first 2007 1 hour chart eurusd.
now check it with the downloaded data from dukascopy. ( csv) file
you will see difference in open price for example compared to bar chart of dukascopy.
now i assume barchart is correct. why? because when you download history data of 2007 of eurusd, eurgbp and gbpusd.
you can make a hedge. now if you make a hedge in percentages like i do, there can never be a difference. not talking about pips. percentages.
therefor if eurusd is say +5,61% and eurgbp = -4,45% and gbpusd 5,11% this is simply impossible percentage wise.
so when i saw this happening i am like how is this possible. then i checked dukascopy history data compared it with barchart and boom then i knew the history data that you download from dukascopy is incorrect!
so my question is does anybody know any site that has reliable history data.
