Hi Sochineez,

Dukascopy have been having some issues with excessive load over the past few days so we're adjusting limits to see if this helps alleviate the issue. Active subscribers are not affected by these changes as they'll be using our own data servers.

Hi, did you check in the folders if the data exists? If it does, Tickstory will not re-downloading the data for the existing dates. If it doesn't exist, then Tickstory will need to download the data. There is no other logic than this.
