Server Data Downloading Issues

Hello,
Yesterday I signed up for a Tickstory Standard plan.
I've been trying to download some data, but I'm always getting server issues and downloads take hours.
From what I see I'm always downloading from Dukascopy servers and never from Tickstory servers... and downloads are painfully long, which is not what was expected.
See attached image for reference and will be looking forward for your feedback/solution.

Hi VMC,

Thanks for your recent purchase. Regarding your downloads, please ensure you go to File->Settings->General and ensure your "Maximum Simultaneous Tasks" are set to 2. While downloading, do not attempt to manually start additional tasks as this will cause the application to fall-back to Dukascopy servers (which is why it's taking a long time). You will find that your downloads complete much faster once you have done this.

I only have 2 tasks running in parallel and still not able to download... everything is still be channelled from Dukascopy

Hi VMC,

AAPL data goes back to 2017, not 2005 which is why you are likely having this issue. Please check out this page for details on the historical dates available for each symbol.
