Thank you very much for the fast reply. I just can’t figure out why it won’t work on the laptop. I tried one symbol at a time and not downloading from the laptop and desktop at the same time. Im using the same internet connection and I don’t notice any throttling or timeout but I also do not 100% know what to look for. But to be honest as long as I can transfer the files from the desktop to the laptop, I’ll be alright. 🙂 I assume they are just in a folder in the program files on my C drive?
Also quick question, how important it to set all the broker information before downloading? I don’t know what a lot of the info means or where to find it from my broker. Will it create incorrect data? The only thing I know for sure if that I have a 5 digit broker and I did select that when downloading. I did also set the UTC.
