Installation
This application is typically installed as part of the Tickstory application suite. If you have received a separate setup package, ensure the application is stored in the base Tickstory application folder under the sub-directory called "Advanced Metatrader For Metatrader" (for example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory\Advanced Tester For Metatrader). This will ensure that Tickstory can use the application when the Launch button is pressed.
System Requirements
The minimum specifications to install and use this application are as follows:
•Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11*.
•Metatrader 4
•Tickstory (for 99% modelling quality testing with tick data)
•A reasonable amount of disk space to store tick data (you can specify the location of this data in Tickstory's settings).

NOTE: While we actively try to maintain on-going compatibility, future updates of Metatrader 4 could cause this feature to stop functioning. In such as case, you may be required to roll-back your Metatrader installation to the last working version, as instructed by Support. |
*The application may work on other versions of Windows and also other Operating Systems such as MacOS and Linux using various 'emulation' software, however we do not officially test these configurations for compatibility and therefore do not provide technical support under these environments.
Licensing
The full features of this application are available to users who have an active Tickstory license and subscription. You can purchase a license from Tickstory.com. If you need to renew your expired subscription license, you can go to Tickstory's Help > About menu and select the Renew button. Once you have reactivated your subscription, all the features will immediately become available to you after restarting the application.
