    Hi Tidebackup – unfortunately it’s hard to tell from the screenshot whether the data range is missing or whether your EA has only decided to trade during these periods.
    Could you please check the MT4 History Center and firstly establish whether the dates you mention exist? If so, the next step would be trying to export some CSV tick data of the missing range – does it produce any output?

    Hi Tidebackup,

    From your screenshot it appears you are trying to download the data for the current trading day. Dukascopy does not make the current day’s data available until the next day.
    Please adjust your date range accordingly and you will not see this error message.
