    Hi Worldshot,

    If you have downloaded data, the system will not downloaded it again for subsequent export operations. Please see here for a detailed explanation of how the download process works (and also refer to the manual):

    Hello.
    I have tried the download method. Now the backtest doesnt work at all.
    I have tried opening and closing the platform many times with no success.
    I have even uninstalled an installed mt4 again. After the clean installation, the back test was working normally without the tickstory.
    When i used the export with the same dates as the download, same thing happened.
    Now i have deleted the download and trying with the export method only, to see if i can make the backtest work again.

    It worked now.
    Any ideas why this is happening with the download system?

    Hi Tckstr,

    It is not clear what problem you are encountering. Are you getting an error message? Please describe exactly what the issue is and the steps you are taking.
