The image you posted is rather small so cannot be easily viewed. It looks like you are getting an error asking you to register a copy of Birt’s Tick Data Suite that you have installed. You can solve this by either:
1) Purchasing Birt’s TDS here: http://cd710nh5qn5ax84ol4ncpnfp99.hop.clickbank.net/ Disclosure: Affiliate link. Note that this is a third-party utility and support can be obtained from the vendor.
2) Remove (or move) the TDS.EXE file that is located in the MT4 installation directory. This will allow Tickstory to use its own launcher to start and allow MT4 back-testing.
