    Still there is a question:
I pumped quotes / exported MT4 trading several pairs
    eurusd, gbpusd, usdjpy etc.
the next day at the terminal, only files eurusd … (((others not!
    PS for each pair and each uploaded TF1 / TF5 / TF15 / TF30 / TF60 file size it was at 1.8Gb

    Hi Danchik,

Thanks for mentioning the issue with the “save as defaults”. It looks like this might be related to not having sufficient permissions to write to the file. Are you able to confirm this by running Tickstory as ‘Administrator’ and see if the problem is resolved? If so, we will raise a tracking item to resolve it.

Regarding your question about the data going missing (?). Some questions:

    1) Are you referring to the FXT or HST files? Presumably FXT if they are that large. Can you please confirm they were marked as “read-only”?
    2) Are you connected to your broker?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
Yes, the problem is solved, we had to go under the “Administrator”

1.I mean FXT, the default check mark is “read-only” I did not touch it
    2.No, not connected Offline

    Hi Danchik,

Thanks for the further information. Is there any way you can consistently reproduce the problem so we can try it on our side?

    Thanks.
