Unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish and would appreciate any posts be put in English. We’ve translated your error message and it says “An error occurred during the download wait time was exceeded Operation”. This seems to suggest that there is some sort of delay while trying to download data. First test is to go to File->Settings in Tickstory an press the ‘Test’ button in the Dukascopy datasource tab. If this passes, then the next thing to make sure is that you are not trying to download too much data at once as your provider and/or Dukascopy may be throttling you.
