Why does Tickstory Lite always downloads data when I select "Export to MT4" and I have selected the same begin and end date of export every time?

Tickstory does not download data from Dukascopy unless the date range for that symbol has not been downloaded before. See http://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=22&p=51 for more on how the download logic works.
