Fixed Spread?

Since 1.6 i think the spread isn't fixed? If i change die exportet data spread it seem to be the same result. It looks like it always take 2 points as standard, (normal spread settings, but this is to low!).

If i change this normal spread settings i get diffenrent results, i thought this is not like that because it should be fixed.

So was there any change?
