New pc , can't download latest version

Hi ,
Earlier i bought the standard tickstory version
I just got a new pc , i tried to install the latest version of tickstory using the download link from the email with my licence code but the download never finishes , it stops downloading halfway , see attachment.

Please give me other options to download tickstory this is very frustrating
