Dear tickstory team,
I am using a tickstory license on one (1) of my VPS account, only one machine, not 2. But then that VPS cannot working properly, so I need to deactivate my license and try to move it into my local computer, but after install tickstory on my local, this message appear: "you have exceeded the number of activations available for this license. please purchase additional license....so on". Please help me to deactivate my license on my current VPS, so after that I can use it on 2 machines, I prefer to use one of the license on my local computer. Waiting for your kind feedback.

- Currently I only use tickstory on 1 VPS account
- Previous use of tickstory on local computer and other VPS has been ended, tickstory has been uninstalled.
- Even when tickstory has been uninstalled from the current VPS where tickstory is currently running, the installation of tickstory on my local computer still ends up displaying the same message.
Please help me to deactivate current use, so I can use tickstory at my local (2 machines only).

Hi Henry,
We have cleared your licenses can you please try again to activate on your 2 local machines? Of course, please make sure that any other instances are fully uninstalled, otherwise they will take up an activation again.
