hi I've bought the standard plan and have installed 2 installations on two different laptops. I have just deleted one of the installations and have tried to install tickstory on my desktop instead. This process stops when I put in the licence key and I receive the message 'You have exceeded the number of installations available for this licence.
How do I install tickstory on my desktop?

Thanks for recent purchase. Your license allows you to install/use the software on a maximum of 2 machines that you own. If you need to actively use the software on additional machines, it will be necessary to purchase additional licenses accordingly.
If this is just an ad-hoc change of machines, please proceed to try activate it on the two machines that you wish to use. We have cleared your licenses so the next 2 machines you use the software on will take up the 2 allowable activations.
