I cant launch mt4 on tickstory

Hello, 1–2 days ago I was launching MT4 through Tickstory and running backtests without any problems. But today, when I try to launch MT4 via Tickstory, I get an error. I’ve tried everything but couldn’t fix it. I will attach a screenshot of the issue. Could you please help me?

Error is: A suitable launcher couldnt be found for your MetaTrader version.

Could you please try running through our trouble-shooting checklist to see if this addresses the issue?
If you are still having trouble, could you please let us know the MT4 version you are using in Help->About?
