Hi,on the download page of the free version, I entered my Name and email address, I received an email with all the instructions for using tickstory but I did not receive the download link? can you help me? thanks

Once you enter your details, the download should begin automatically (otherwise there is a link on that follow-up page which you can use to download the software).
