Hi
Can you advise how far back tickstory goes with the DAX 30 data? I have previously downloaded to Jan 2014. Now I am only able to download as far back as Jan 2016. I am not getting any messages in the Log when downloading and Export complete when finished. I have also deleted the fxt and hst files, relaunched the mt4 platform (manually) and still not able to fix this.
Can you kindly advise of a solution?

the earliest pricing data for DAX is from 2012.

If you are having issues with Metatrader, make sure your terminal is logged off since the system can sometimes back-fill your data with your brokers. Before exporting, you may want to also first close your terminal to make sure nothing is interfering with the export process. After the export, start up your terminal and check your MT4 History Center to see the data is there. You can also perform a back-test to make sure you are getting 99% modelling quality. If you are not, then something is likely wrong with your export location or symbol mapping. Please check out this trouble-shooting check-list:
