Issue with TickstoryInfoExpert

Issue with TickstoryInfoExpert

Hi,

Good day. I downloaded version 0.9b. I followed the guide on the Help section with regards to generating settings from my broker. The TickstoryInfoExpert was successfully loaded and showed logs that it has finished writing the config file. However, when I go and check the experts/files directory there is no mt4config file created. Would you be able to kindly advise what is the error or task I was not able to perform? I have attached the screenshot of the last log in the experts tab for reference.

Hi Marj,

Have you referred to this post to see if it addresses your issue:

Most common issues are Windows 7 Virtualisation along with brackets or special characters in the filename.

Thank you for the fast reply. The issue was indeed with Windows 7. It now works. =)
