Not working with EAs from mql5 market

I have just bought Tickstory, and I purchased it because I want to backtest an EA from mql5.com martket.
But unfortunately it does not work with mql5 market.
Can I have my money back? I read that you offer money back guarantee.

The problem is that when I open the mt4 using tickstory, the mt4 is offline and I can't login into mql5 market or using the EA that I bought from them.
