Trying to download 15 years of data error occurred during download

Hello,

I'm in the process of downloading to "file" a large portion of data(15 years) and I got the errors below while in the process but it looked like it kept on downloading the rest as I see the completion percentage still going up. Does the error below mean that those ticks where it timed out have know been skipped and wont be part of the the data set?

Hi Dan,

If you are using an old version of Tickstory, you will need to upgrade. There was a change to Dukascopy servers around 2 years ago that required us to release a compatibility update that addresses these errors.
