I am currently downloading BI5-Data files (5Minute bar-date for Ninjatrader).
Is that data convenient for Ninjatrader 7 also (not only for NT8)?

Hi Robert,
The BI5 files contain cached tick data and you do not need to work directly with them. You can however easily export this data to Ninjatrader 7/8 by using Tickstory's "File Export" feature. See this article and video for more:

You will obviously need to match the format with what NT expects (Please refer to the NT manual for this, if necessary).
