Cannot Activate Tickstory License on New Device

I uninstalled Tickstory from my old and slow computer and am struggling to install it to my new computer since the license won't activate.

"You have exceeded the number of activations available for this license." keeps showing up despite having thoroughly uninstalled it on my prior device.

Please help me solve this problem and gain access to my purchased license. Thank you.
