Do not reach 99.90% Modelling quality

Post by mstroth »

Hello together,

I do not reach 99.90% modelling quality when using data of Tickstory.

I went through the Metatrader Backtesting Guide and set up the system according to the description.
The modelling quality is shown as "n/a".

Please let me know in case you have any idea to solve this issue.

I have attached some more details in attached PDF:
1) The Tickstory "Export to MT4" settings you are using (including the "MT4 Settings" tab)
2) The MT4 Strategy Tester window (which shows the symbol name)
3) Your "MT4 Data Folder" FXT contents (go to File->Open data folder in Metatrader and then browse to tester/history and take a screenshot).
4) The result you are getting in the Strategy Tester.
5) The Strategy Tester "Journal" tab after you have completed a back-test

Thanks a lot for your support and have a great day,
Marko

Hi Mstroth,

Thanks for the details of your issue. Have you selected the "Launch" button from the Tickstory menu to ensure MT4 has been started correctly? You can find a definitive guide to resolving this issue in our FAQ here:

If you are just starting out, be sure also to check out our beginner's guide here (turn on CC for captions in your local language):

And of course, please let us know if you're still having issues after that!
