Problem with MT4 installation/launch metatrader

after installing tickstory and exporting currency data, can no longer launch MT4

it always freezes no matter where it is launched from (start menu, desktop, or from program file install path)

already attempted to uninstall and reinstall several time, and attempted to reinstall several older builds but with no success.

it appears tickstory broke my MT4 completely. is there any fix?

Hi,

Tickstory does not in any way alter or affect the MT4 installation. If you are having difficulty with installing or running MT4 on your PC, there is likely some other issue. If you have another machine available, I suggest that you try installing on that machine to discount any machine-specific issues (such as bad configuration, etc).

If your machine can launch MT4 via the start menu then there should be no issue with launching via Tickstory (bearing in mind that free users will need to downgrade their MT4 to an earlier version).
