i already buy tickstory 1.8.2.0
i use mt4 iron fx build 988
everytime i try to download forex data then data error message always appear
i try many pair like GBPJPY and any other pair but always show data error
could you please give me step by step instruction how to solve this problem ?

The error you are getting is typically caused by a corrupt data file. Please check:
1) In File->Settings->Dukascopy Data Store, press the "Test" button to ensure your internet settings are ok.
2) That you have sufficient disk space.
3) If you are getting breaks in your internet connection, this will also cause a problem. Try a different internet connection if possible.
