TickstoryInfoExpert not open mt4config file

Hi

I'm update my version to 1.8 and trying to use the TickstoryInfoExpert EA to get my broker configs.... but when i run it, receive the message:

What i am doing wrong?

I try to force a alternative location and filename but does not works...

Ah... metatrader was called from F8 key in tickstory.
