error when trying to launch mt4 from tick story is:

a suitble launcher could not be found for your metatrader version

Using latest build 500

Hi Gangsta,

Unfortunately the launcher does not currently support this version at the moment. You will need to use an earlier version of MT4 (Build 432-482) until the launcher is upgraded.
