The Remote Server returned an error: (404) not found

hi i just bought the Tickstory application yesterday, and i already activate my license
i was observing the installation through the youtube... "Metatrader 99% Back-testing in 5 Simple Steps"
in the steps two... configure Tickstory ...Dukascopy Datasource ...when click Test ..the reply is "Test connection successful but mine is not.
Test connection error, i will give the screen shoot of my issue,
Anybody can help? No tick is downloaded.

Unfortunately your images are not displaying correctly so we can't see the screenshots. What is the error you get when you press 'Test connection'? Is it a 404 error or something else?

i also use the data inspect and it seems downloading something with process ...but it came empty too

Hi Asunn,

Thanks for the screenshots. It appears that the data is inaccessible to you for some reason. We just now tried on the pair you mention and all is okay. Have you tried again - perhaps you experienced a temporary glitch?
If not, can you try to browse the following URL in your web browser and it should download a file called "00h_ticks.bi5":

http://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/EURUS ... _ticks.bi5

If it doesn't and you still get a Error 404, it is possible that you are being blocked by a firewall and may need to contact your network administrator. Otherwise, if you have an alternate internet connection & PC, please also give this a try to see if it works.

hey it works now..after i change my isp ..luckily i have 2 provider...
