Hi TB73,

"Priority support" ensures that queries for licensed users are answered as a matter of priority. We have tried to send you a PM to see if we can help you resolve the issue. Can you please confirm your EA is working without Tickstory. That is, when you try the "Control points" modelling method and press 'Start' on the back-tester, does your EA work correctly?

Hi TB73,

As per our offline discussion, you are now up-and-running. Once we followed the process described in the mentioned post, the back-test completed with no "Tester cannot calculate prices" error. The process describes how to ensure that your Tickstory MT4 export settings are the same as what MT4 is producing.
