Bug with Tickstory Export to MT4 feature.

Hi,
Here is the problem:

a Three month download for backtest complies a backtest with less ticks and bars than a five year download for backtest. When tested for the same period (1 Month)

EURUSD Five year tick history export uses 112million ticks model
EURUSD Three month tick history export uses 7million ticks model

Both for the same back test period 3.1.2016-4.1.2016.

Am I tripping?

Hi Profittrader,

You could be coming across an MT4 limitation which allows a maximum of 4GB FXT files. How large is your 5-year exported FXT compared to your 3 month one? I assume you are referring to the number of ticks reported by MT4 in the back-test report?
