Crash during download of tickdata

Every time when I try to download tickdata, Tickstory (v.1.7.4.0) is crashing. I restart Tickstory again, it's downloading tickdata of i.e. 4 or 5 currency pairs and then halfway it's crashing. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this because it's becoming quite annoying?

Hi Marcel,

What operating system are you working on? Please note that we recommend Windows 7 and above for using Tickstory as older operating systems are no longer being supported by Microsoft.
Also, please make sure that you have (specifically) .NET v3.5 SP2 Installed as if you are running any other version(s) you will encounter issues.
