90% or n/a modelling quality

please help me!!!

for more then two months I use tickstory 1.7.3 and mt4 910. till today everything was perfect, but today I can't manage to receive
99.90% accurance...I receive 90.0% or n/a.

please help me, I am in the big process of testing...
