I get this message for every hour I want to download data.
Can you offer help?

Hi Mlobtrader,
It appears your connection is behind a company firewall, so you will need to configure your login/password details so Tickstory can access the internet. If you go to File->Settings->Dukascopy Settings you will see there are configuration options for setting up the firewall. Put in the relevant details in the boxes (please ask you network administrator if you are unsure) and then press the "Test" button. Once the test reports "success" you can save your settings and try the download again.
