again BUG **MT4 UPDATE 11 DECEMBER**

Hello,
again, as had happened days ago, there is a compatibility issue with the MT4 platform
In fact the quality of the model is n / a and also shows the error message
how do we solve this?

Due to multiple queries/bug reports coming off the back of the latest MT4 versions, we are currently not supporting Builds above 920 until further notice. The current recommendation is to roll-back to the last known stable back-testing build 910 (see further discussion here: http://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=876).

Hi,
i dont can start MT4 over Tickstory launcher.
- I have added my Tickstory License
- I have set up the correct MT4 folder in Tickstory
- I rolled back Tickstory to Version 1.7.2
- I rolled back the MT4 to Build 910
- I use Windows 7 and run Tickstory as Administrator
- I use the start commands "/skipupdate /portable"

But the luncher says: "A suitable launcher could not be found for your Metatrader version".

How is the problem and what I can do, so it will works?

After some tests i have found a solution.
I must 3-5 times start the launcher then it works. I think my Data-HDD is to slow so the start from MT4 is to slow and Tickstory displays the error. (its not a SSD)

Hi Lucasa,

Great to hear you have found a way forward. If MT4 is slow, it will cause a few problems. Just let MT4 start completely and you should only need to click on the launcher once more to successfully launch.
