MT4 build 890 not working with Tickstory 1.7.2.0

Hi,
I've been trying to solve this for a week with no success:(.
I will try to explain everything in details.
So I bought Tickstory Version 1.7.2.0 last week and I did everything in the protocol as required. I put the product keys, I filled the setting information in both Dukascopy database and MT4 setting tabs. I will print screen everything and post it here.
When I start launching MT4 from Tickstory application, couple messages popes up. Both of the messages said that there is compatibility issue with the launcher. When I hit OK on the first one, MT4 start launching as if nothing is wrong. And then when I am trying to do back testing, I get modelling of either N/A or 90%. I do not know what is going wrong here.
Please advice.

Hi Samimasri,

As previously mentioned, the first popup is not an error. The second one, however is saying that the launcher didn't work for some reason.
Once MT4 has started fully, could you please try pressing the 'Launch' button again and see if this helps? If MT4 takes a while to load, it can cause a problem.
Also, what version of Windows are you currently using?

I tried to press Launch button again. Exactly same happens.The problem did not resolved.
I am running windows 7 home edition.

Hi Samimasri,

As per our offline trouble-shooting session, it seems that the launcher was prevented from working due to Windows 7 UAC prompts to run MT4 as Administrator. To resolve this, you ran Tickstory as Administrator and launched MT4, avoiding the launch error message.
