Hi,
I have just bought a licencse for tickstory using paypal
my email is [email protected]
I did recieve a confirmation of the payment from paypal but did not get an email from you with any further information and download link.

Hi Eyal,

Could you please check your spam folder. We have not only resent the original license information, we have personally replied to your email. If the messages are going missing, then I can only imagine that there's some sort of filter causing the problem.

Please let us know and if necessary we can PM you the details via the forum.
