The remote server returned an error

Hi it says error

24-08-2015 09:20 Error occurred during download: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (URL: http://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/DEUID ... _ticks.bi5)
this is for HSKI and DAX could you pleasse advise me how to fix this issue .Thanks

Hi,

This error occurs when there is no data for the date range you specify. For DEUIDXEUR and HKGIDXHKD, the earliest date available is 18 September 2011. You can see here for further information about data availability:
