TS used to work, does not work now

My problem with TS persists. It was working for a while, but now I cannot start TS. I have tried to install v3.5 of the .NET framework, but not sure if the installation was successful. Uninstalled and re-installed TS, but to no avail. Here is the info from the WER Internal METADATA file Windows 7 generates:

Hi Autumnleaves,

Is Tickstory displaying an error when you double-click on it? Any problem during start-up is usually caused by a corrupt or incorrect .NET installation. Please confirm the version of Windows you are using along with the .NET version which should be v3.5 SP2.
