Could you please provide us with the email address you used when purchasing the new version? The email address you have provided only shows us your purchase from 2018. maybe there is a problem with the payment.
I cannot see the payment in my bank account.
But the online transcation looked like it happened. I had the push message and message payment accepted.
Now I'm confused.
The payment was 20.8.2026 9:41:37 MEST.

Hi Andy,
We've checked the email address you have given and the only purchase we can see is from 2018. You might want to check again with your bank about what happened. On our side, it will be very clear when you have successfully completed a purchase - you will receive an email with all your license and download link information to your nominated email address (make sure you check your Spam folder).

Your download link delivers you the latest version available to you based on your subscription. Given that your subscription has expired a few months ago, you can easily renew it by going to Help->About and clicking the "Renew" link. Once renewed, your original download link will deliver you the latest version.
