max concurrent downloads for lite

hi all,

on tickstory website for the lite package, it says max 2 concurrent downloads. i was able to download a max of 2 concurrent downloads up until mid june which was the last time i downloaded data. today, i tried do download 2 data concurrently and it says "you are permitted a maximum of 1 concurrent downloads in this version of tickstory". what happened?

Hi Sochineez,

Dukascopy have been having some issues with excessive load over the past few days so we're adjusting limits to see if this helps alleviate the issue. Active subscribers are not affected by these changes as they'll be using our own data servers.
