Too Many Instances

Hi,

I have installed Tickstory on my laptop and on an AWS cloud instance, I need the storage capacity.

I have a redundant installation on another AWS instance, but it is still registered, so the new instance results in 'too many installations'.

Please advise on how I can remove the redundant tickstory installation and have the licence reset.

We have reset your licenses. Could you please uninstall Tickstory from the unused machine and install on the new one.

My computer crashed , I can not uninstall the tickstory , how you can help me to reset the my lisense or disabvle the exting lisense and issue new lisense

We've reset your licenses so please try installing again. Please note that you can activate a single license on a maximum of 2 machines that you own, so ensure that any additional machines have been uninstalled prior to trying again (if it's on a re-imaged machine, this will no longer be an issue after the reset).
