Paid via crypto, no activation email received

Hi Tickstory team,

I purchased Tickstory Premium via cryptocurrency on 12/05/26 at approximately 18:13 GMT,
but have not received any activation email or order confirmation.

I have:
- Checked spam/junk folders (nothing there)
- Tried logging into https://tickstory.onfastspring.com/account with my checkout email
— no access email arrives either

I suspect my email provider is silently blocking your emails (I'm aware of the known
iCloud/Apple issue documented in your forum).

I have the transaction hash available, screenshot of transaction and payment ID, and email used — happy to share privately
once a moderator contacts me, as I'd rather not post the TX hash or email publicly.

Could you please update my account to a new email address and resend the activation
details? or any help appreciated

Thanks for your recent purchase. You should have received your license details on your *.me email address. If you can't see the email, please check your Spam folder first and let us know if you have any issues.
