Help With Subscription

Hi,

I've previously purchased a subscription and would like to download data as a paid member again. However, I can't seem to attach my license to the newly downloaded version.

Additionally, when I follow the download link in the license email, it downloads an old version that I can't seem to upgrade.

Could someone please advise me on what I need to do.

Could you please send us a private message telling us what email address you used when renewing your subscription? We cannot find any recent payments under the email address you are using on this forum.
