About number of activations
Hello, i bought tickstory but i got this errror "You have exceeded the number of activations available for this license. Please purchase an additional license to activate the software on this machine or contact support for further assistance. (Code: 304)" can you help me please because i deleted other applications on my pc and i resetted my pc but now i cant use. if i cant activate this my money will gone for nothing because i cant use the tickstory now. Can you activate last one activation please. or i want to refund for buying again.

Hi Scalping Ai,
Please note that a single user-license permits you to install and use the software on 2 machines that you own. If you have recently reset your PC then we have cleared these licenses which should rectify your issue if you try activating again. If you are trying to use your license on more than 2 machines, then you will need to purchase additional licenses accordingly. Please note that unless you are intending on keeping the license, do not purchase an additional one as we do not provide refunds in this situation.

A few days ago, I opened a topic because of the “n/a” issue in the backtest. No matter what I did, I couldn’t solve it, so I tried it on a friend’s computer. I didn’t know there was a maximum of 2 users allowed—can you at least remove one of them?
Right now, I’ve ended up paying for nothing and can’t use Tickstory on my new computer. Alternatively, I’d like to request a refund because I feel like I wasted $100 for nothing. Considering how valuable the dollar is in Turkey, I basically paid a quarter of the minimum wage here.
Please help. Removing one user would be enough for me—or if not, at least tell me how to proceed with a refund.

As per our last message, we have cleared your licenses and you can try activating again on the machine you own. We state clearly on our payment page that each license is sold on a per-user basis and is good for 2 machines that the user owns. Before continuing, please uninstall the software from your friend's machine to ensure it does not again use another license. We are not responsible for any misused/shared license keys as stated in our EULA. Please also note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, as stated in our pre-sales FAQ. We are of course happy to assist you with using our software.
