I need help with importing DATA to MT4

Hey guys I need help with Tickstory Lite and I am trying to import data to my broker Mt4 platform Eightcapt for testing an EA but i get an error occurred while downloading and pls read the error and I would appreciate any help to fix this issue. Thank you

Hi Montana101x,

You are getting an "access denied" error because in your Tickstory File->Settings->Dukascopy Store Folder, you have specified a folder that Tickstory has no access to write to (i.e. C:\Program files (x86)\Tickstory). Change this folder to a writeable directory to solve the issue.
Please also refer to our manual for information on how to configure the application correctly.

Thank you for responding to my question and I followed the manual information you shared as well this video instructions too from your YouTube channel : https://youtu.be/084k9fJCeCY?si=U6UkRhNA5gBVFxxE I did exactly instructed but now I am getting different problems. I wish I could share my screen shot but I see no button to share images here.

This is the new issue I am keep getting and I keep trying and the results is the same. I look forward to hearing from you asap and thank you.

Hi Montana,

If you are getting these error sporadically, it means that the Dukascopy data servers are throttling your requests. In this case, we suggest you upgrade as our subscription service offers dedicated data servers (along with technical support, amongst other advantages).

If you are getting this continuously, it might be that your system is blocking Tickstory from an internet connection. See this post to troubleshoot further.
