I am writing to request assistance with reinstalling my professional Tickstory account. My email address associated with the account is (omitted for privacy).
I accidentally installed Tickstory Lite, and now I am unable to install my professional account. I originally purchased the professional account on July 11, 2022, and I recently renewed the Tickstory Monthly Updates and Support Subscription, which is valid until July 23, 2024.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can access my professional account again?
