Oanda Metatrader setup - in 32 Bit Program Dir, not 64 Bit Program Directory for Terminal.exe

MT4 (Failure to Launch from Tickstory Lite)

Getting error of not finding (Mt4) Terminal.exe in startup directory Win 7. I find it easily in Program (64-Bit) Directory. Oanda Brokerage (Mt4) is in the 64-Bit Directory!! I believe your Lite program is searching in Program Directory (32-Bit) Directory where Oanda and Mt4 is not setup in. Please fix.

Hi Dave,

It appears that you may be attempting to launch MT5 rather than MT4. Please check in Metatrader's Help->About and ensure you are configuring the correct version.

After that, please carefully refer to our manual and this video for an introductory guide on how to configure Tickstory.
